Rega Stays was born out of a simple yet profound moment in my life. My family and I were taking a break from the whirlwind of everyday responsibilities, relaxing in one of Branson’s beautiful rental properties. It was during this stay that I realized how essential it is to intentionally carve out time to make memories with those who matter most. That experience inspired me to create Rega Stays, a company that encourages others to do just that—take moments and make memories.

Rega Stays: From a Simple Idea to a Heartfelt Mission

Rega Stays was founded with the idea that the best experiences in life come from being intentional—intentionally taking time for family, for friends, and for yourself. Ashley Cole, our founder, recognized this during a much-needed family getaway in Branson. The peaceful moments and strong bonds formed during that stay inspired Ashley to create a business that embodies these values.

With over 20 years in real estate and 5+ years of short-term rental property management, Ashley combined her experience and her passion to form Rega Stays, a company dedicated to creating spaces where guests can truly disconnect from the noise of daily life and reconnect with what matters most.

Rega Stays quickly grew, starting with a single vacation rental and expanding to managing multiple properties in Branson, Missouri. Today, Rega Stays offers a wide array of properties, each carefully managed with the same values and care that inspired our beginning.
